  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in business-related or engineering course.

  • With at least five (5) years relevant experience in Sales/Marketing in managerial capacity.

  • Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.

The challenges

For me, first challenge is working on a Saturday because it should be a schedule for doing household chores or activities. It would be better if we will adapt Compressed Work Week (CWW) to improve employees productivity and employee retention. Second, benefits shall be improved to retain more employees. Lastly, employer branding shall be boosted to attract more talented applicants who can help in achieving company's goals and success.
